At Farrell Healthcare we work with GPs and care providers across the health economy to ensure that unnecessary A&E attendances are avoided. With an ongoing review of your care plan, we can identify potential health risks and advise accordingly, ensuring that, where possible, you continue to receive care in the comfort of your home.
